Responses must be returned through CTM at the following url address: https://sharedsystems.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=DSRL  no later than 1200 hours on 17th May 2019.  No other form of offer will be accepted and late tenders will not be considered.  You should take care to register in the system as soon as possible in order to see and have access to the tender documentation.
