WTSF - Main Bank Filters from Rolls-Royce
LLWR has received consignment paperwork for “main bank filters” from Rolls-Royce. There are two types of main bank filter: Type 1 is comprised of a paper filter medium enclosed in a wooden box surround with dimensions 60cm × 60cm × 30cm; Type 2 is comprised of a paper filter medium within a plastic support with a radius of 26cm and height of 62cm. There are 60 type 1 Filters; and 20 Type 2 filters. Full details on mass, volume and activity are provided on the attached consignment manifest.
Rolls-Royce intend to consign the main bank filters as Excepted packages in cardboard boxes and plastic bags, palletised in a single consignment on a code XL trailer. Type 1 Filters will be stacked in three layers of four filters (12 per pallet). Type 2 filters will be stacked in two layers of five filters (10 per pallet). The maximum mass of filters on a single pallet will be <264kg (22kg per filter average).
Please can you advise if you can accept the waste and provide a fixed price broken down into activity and volume charge.
