Dear Bidder,

 

Thank you for accepting this Invitation to Tender (ITT) which has been published by Sellafield Ltd on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) Group under CTM Reference 12936. This tender will follow the UK 2015 Public Contract Regulations (PCRs).

 

The deadline for your final tender submission is Friday 26th March 2020 at 12:00pm. No Tender responses will be accepted after this deadline.

 

The deadline for any clarifications to be submitted is by Friday 19th March at 12:00pm. No clarifications will be accepted after this deadline. We look forward to receiving and evaluating your bid.

 

All information about the tender can be found within CTM and relevant document folders. Tenderers should read and understand these documents, paying particular attention to the ITT Documentation and the Contract Terms and Conditions.

 

In accordance with the Open OJEU Procedure, the questions in CTM are split into two sections: SELECTION and AWARD. Tenderers should be aware that only those submissions that pass the SELECTION stage will be evaluated at the AWARD stage.

 

When submitting your bid, please:

 

  1. ·        Read the questions carefully
  2. ·        Assign the right team within your organisation to answer the questions
  3. ·        Read the ITT section that guides you on what the evaluation criteria are, what constitutes a pass or a fail or what is required for full marks
  4. ·        Read any relevant documentation referenced in the question or the evaluation criteria
  5. ·        Read how the scoring % works
  6. ·        Provide answers with all the relevant supporting information uploaded against each and every question that is relevant.  Each response should be self-contained and should not seek to rely upon cross-referencing to responses provided in respect of other Selection Questions/Award Questions (as appropriate). Irrespective of whether any of the Contracting Authorities have any previous experience of working with any of the Tenderers that submit a bid, each question is assessed solely on the basis of information provided. No previous knowledge or experience can be taken into account.
