Good Morning,
AWE have submitted the attached WCI, supporting manifest and drum fill sheets for a single consignment of combustible waste comprising 52 plastic kegs of various redundant chemicals. The fill sheet and manifest together detail the contents of each container, identifying all the chemicals that make up the consignment. The plastic kegs are ADR approved, 60 litre, “GP4500” containers suitably rated to transport this material; the chemicals have been loaded in accordance with the Certificate of Approval (CoA) of the package. LLWR request a fixed price for the receipt and incineration of this waste.
This package of work will be awarded on the following basis;
Acceptability of being able to deliver the package of waste through to disposition (Yes / No) Yes = 50% weighting.
Should a response of Yes be provided, you will then be marked commercially.
Commercial Price – Lowest Price = 50% - The provider with the lowest price will then be awarded the package of work.
A fixed price should be provided and be broken down into a volume charge; and activity charges for Beta/Gamma and alpha activity separately.
Please provide your response by midday Friday 11th June 2021
Kind Regards,
Fay Anthony obo LLWR
