To Whom it may concern,
Sellafield require, for an intial 12 month period:
Provision of team coaching with the purpose of creating a high performing team environment and performance throughout the HAWTT delivery organisation (SL and supply chain) capable of meeting the extremely challenging programme goals and restricted timescales.
This is likely to entail, using extensive experience and knowledge of the unique requirements to:
- Developing a full understanding of the team development challenge
- Tailoring / preparing a team coaching programme.
- Obtaining information from a questionnaire(s) - filled in by the team coaching participants.
- Delivery of a face-to-face team coaching session for the senior leadership team (representing the complete breadth of the organisation / suppliers) of no more than 10 people for approximately a day and a half
- Delivery of similar face to face team coaching sessions for each of the lead teams for Tranches 1 & 2 – this should also extend in due course to Tranche 3.
• Delivery of check-in / reset sessions – possibly 2 of these per team that has been coached.
