Tranche 2 - SL-HAWTT Programme Stage 1- Tranche 2

Following an “Initial Engagement Session” with Sellafield Ltd which took place on 10th June 2021 via Microsoft Teams, Sellafield Ltd kindly requests a number of identified Technology providers to submit a quotation for services to support Sellafield Ltd.’s Thermal Treatment Programme, in accordance with the attached contract terms and conditions CFMT 104 Thermal Treatment Programme Stage 1.

 

 

 

Appendix B of the attached draft contract confirms the scope, technical requirements, suggested list of potential deliverables for Stage 1, and down selection criteria in order to progress to Stage 2.  Sellafield Ltd wishes to engage with the technology providers over an anticipated period of between 4 and 6 weeks to provide the services, following contract award.  Sellafield Ltd expects the Service Provider include within their quotation the following;

 

 

 

  • The allocated resources, and their associated CVs, who will perform the services associated with Stage 1;
  • The hourly rate of those individuals;
  • The overall cost estimate to complete the scope for Stage 1 including:
    • A breakdown of the estimate to demonstrate the hours allocated against tasks to complete the scope.
    • The estimate of hours performed by the individuals against the tasks to complete the scope.
  • Allocation of travel and subsistence as appropriate.

 

 

 

As referenced during the “Initial Engagement Session”, a short period of reply is required and so Sellafield Ltd request that a quotation response is provided on or before 17:00 (UK time) on Tuesday 6th July 2021.
