LLWR BATS Qualification - Cat 10: Programme Controls

Programme Controls (Planning / Estimating / Cost / Risk Management) Support in the following disciplines: - Planning; - Cost Engineering; - Risk Management and Analysis; - Estimating.. The work will entail: - Senior planning support to the existing Project Controls team in areas of best practice techniques, assistance to the development of an integrated, fully cost and resource loaded, logically linked site plan. - Perform capability reviews, and assist in the up-skilling of the existing project controls team across all disciplines. - Production of, and tracking of progress against, P6 schedules. - Preparation of change control documentation using the Contracting Body’s change control processes and forms, including preparation of pre and post change schedules; and updated basis of estimate documents. - Preparation of EAC forecasts, performance data transference into Prism G2, and report production at period end. - Applying challenge and checking budget / funding availability for project expenditure. - Supporting work scope managers to identify and explain variances and interpret the earned value performance. - Contributing to, and supporting streamlining of process within Project Controls. - Supporting the Contracting Body’s Risk Management process. - Ad-hoc call off support as requested (including, but not limited to: Inflation metrics, Norm’s build up. - Undertake and support other members of the project controls team in earned value assurance reviews. - Contributing to internal assurance processes to maintain the quality of the baseline. - Support to project decision making and optimising performance with consideration to funding challenges. Individuals be able to demonstrate a high proficiency in the relevant project controls discipline and EVM in general, including DV production, change control and variance analysis. It would be desirable for individuals to have previous exposure to Primavera P6, Prism G2, Safran or Business World.
