LLWR BATS Qualification - Cat 11: Public Affairs Support

Public Affairs Support (Photos, Reprographics, Marketing, Comms, Events) Resource augmentation, project delivery and ad-hoc reviews in the following areas: - Deliver photographs for various internal and external publications, external website and contribute to our vast image library. - Provide artwork for advertising and publicity material, print material for external distribution, such as company newsletter, infographics, Standards and Expectations booklet, the Contracting Body’s Plan. - Supply a diverse range of branded corporate gifts to order and produce other marketing material as required, such as exhibition panels. - Host and administer our external website and respond to staff queries. - Provide support services for the implementation of events, internal and external. Experience of conference management, seminars, AV production, venue liaison, exhibitions, catering, transportation co-ordination, speaker and delegate liaison.
