Short description

DSRL is seeking to award Framework Agreements, for the Provision of Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Services (Minor) to a maximum of six Contractors for a duration of up to four years (2+1+1) for the period April 2017 through to March 2021. For the purposes of clarity “Minor” is defined as Work Packages up to a value of £250K. The estimated value of Work Packages that will be placed through the Framework Agreement for the four year duration is £5M. The initial award, of the Framework Agreement, will be for a period of two years (April 2017 to March 2019). Thereafter, two further one year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of DSRL. The scope of works shall consist of the following activities; Minor Design Services, Electrical Installation Services, Control and Instrumentation Services, Testing Services, Commissioning Services and Maintenance Services.

Description of the procurement
