Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Magnox Ltd will incorporate a standstill period, of 10 calendar days following the notification of an award of the framework agreements communicated to tenderers. Potential Providers who are unsuccessful shall be informed by the Authority as soon as possible after the decision has been made as to the reasons why the Potential Provider was unsuccessful. The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow the parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the framework agreement is entered into.
