INS has a requirement to transport some nuclear material from Sellafield to the Orano site at Melox in southern France via a port in the north of France. INS are seeking a supplier to assist in the Licence Validation in France, to manage the off-loading of a vessel at the French port together with providing Category III road transport of PUO2 samples in France.
