Description of the procurement

Supply of bagged & container/IBC materials which will be used by the Customer, for encapsulation and/or lidding of wastes within the waste processing plants at various sites. The sites include:
1. Berkeley in Gloucestershire
2. Chapecross in Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland
3. Harwell in Oxfordshire
4. Hinkley Point A in Somerset
5. Hunterston A in Ayrshire, Scotland
6. Winfrith in Dorset
The supply includes manufacture/processing, inspection, packing, delivery of the materials and includes the necessary documentation & labelling as specified in the Goods Information and Technical Specifications. Where IBCs are used, the Supplier arranges the uplift of spent containers, the safe & approved disposal of any surplus material therein. IBCs are free issue to the Supplier and remain the property of the Purchaser (Magnox Limited).
The Tenderer refers to the Goods Information and Technical Specifications.
