Description of the procurement

Provision of transport and regeneration of Granular Active Carbon ('GAC' industrial grade Carbon likely to contain low levels of PCB’s) in Mobile Filter Units (MFUs) from the Groundwater containment plant at Harwell.
Note : Regeneration site must be able to accommodate turnaround time of x 2 Mobile Filter Units (MFUs) within 1-2 days from collection.
