List and brief description of rules and criteria: The award of this Contract Opportunity will be made on the basis of the ability of the tenderer to undertake the service requirements defined as Standard Service (within ITT Documents) in their entirety and not in part. Tenderers that are unable to demonstrate (through review of ITT Questionnaire responses) their ability to undertake services in their entirety will not be considered for their rate evaluation (Price) and their submission will not be considered further.
