To ensure that the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and Rutherford Indemnity Ltd (its captive insurer which insures nuclear liability risk) are prepared to operationally respond to “off-site” and transportation liability claims events, Rutherford have engaged the services of Marsh Ltd to create a Claims Management Plan (“the Plan”). The Plan is structured around an operating model consisting of three components One of the requirements of the Plan is to contract with an independent provider of third party administration and claims management services.

Description of the procurement

Annual contract value £50,000 -£100000 (Based on Peace Time) per annum NDA provides no guarantee of expenditure levels and this estimated value is indicative.
