Sellafield Ltd acted as the Contracting Authority on behalf of themselves and as agents and central purchasing body of the Participating Entities. As a result of this Procurement, all of the Participating Entities will each have a separate Contract with the Service Provider in accordance with the terms of the published ITT. Each Participating Entity will place separate orders for their requirements subject to the terms of their individual Contract with the Service Provider.
