The scope of this Contract Technical Specification (CTS) relates to the provision of specialist Marine Agents to provide a range of liaison services for an offshore development, including design, implementation and management of a fisheries liaison and mitigation strategies including payments. Provision of support for negotiation/consultation with statutory bodies and regulators and provision of advice applicable to legal agreements.
