Description:

DSRL requires Accommodation Units to support the D3100 team at the D3100 Low Level Waste disposal facility.

The Tenderer’s scope of supply includes the following activities in accordance with the content and requirements of the Scope of Works (Document Ref: D3100/4/SOW/INT/40228/IS/01) :
•	The manufacture or sourcing of Accommodation Units to meet the Purchaser’s requirements;
•	Details of the foundation layout required to support the units and the service connection points, in advance, to enable the Purchaser to arrange for the foundation and service connection “tails” to be installed prior to the arrival of the units; 
•	Delivery of the Accommodation Units to the Purchaser’s Premises;
•	The witnessed predelivery electrical testing and factory acceptance tests of the Accommodation Units at the Supplier’s Premises;

The key features of the Accommodation Units are:

•	Three cabins encompassing an office, a canteen/mess and a changing/drying room with a minimum floor area of 27m2 or thereby each.
•	Is well suited to the footprint area available, with the layout taking account of the exposed location.
•	The portable cabin units should be supplied, fully prepared internally for single individual service connections from each unit to each of the external mains service supplies.
•	The construction of the structure and external panels of the units shall be corrosion resistant galvanised metalwork with a plastisol coating.  The units shall be robust and durable and suited to the setting.
•	All units shall be constructed to modern building and technical standards and current regulations, with as a minimum: 
o	Abundant natural light from double glazed lockable tilt and turn uPVC windows
o	Suitable and sufficient artificial lighting arrangements with LED lights throughout all areas.
o	Lockable outer doors.
o	All round insulation, a minimum of 100mm thick. 
o	Mains powered smoke and fire alarms. 
o	Metal consumer units.
o	Suitable and sufficient electrical storage heaters for all areas.
o	Durable vinyl floor covering in all areas,
