Framework Agreement for Design & Engineering Services

Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to create a new Framework Agreement for the provision of Design & Engineering Services. The proposed Framework Agreement has a four year duration (2+1+1) and the anticipated value of contracts that may be awarded through the Framework Agreement is estimated at £12M - £15M. The duration of the Framework Agreement is November 2017 through to October 2021 and will be awarded to a maximum of six suitably qualified and experienced Consultants. The scope of services comprises of the following activities; Design Services, Engineering Validation, Environmental Cases (ES, EIA, BPEO, BPM, BAT), Environmental Restoration, Specialist Engineering – Seismic, Constructability, etc, Construction Management, Commissioning Support Services, Software Modelling Services, Waste Strategy Documents It should be noted that DSRL currently has a Framework Agreement in place or Professional Services that is due to expire in June 2018, however DSRL will cease to use this Framework Agreement with effect from October 2017 when the new Framework Agreement for Design & Engineering Services comes into place in November 2017. It should be noted that a separate procurement activity will commence (in June 2017) for a new Framework Agreement for Safety Case and Peer Review Services.
