This procurement is being undertaken by the Trustee of the Combined Nuclear Pension Plan (the “Trustee”). This is not a Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) appointment. The Trustee has appointed a Steering Group to oversee this procurement exercise. The Steering Group is being supported by the Trustee Secretariat, Willis Towers Watson for insurance market advice and by Squire Patton Boggs for legal advice.
