INVITATION TO TENDER

Dear Sirs

ITT TITLE: APPROVED DOSIMETRY SERVICES (ADS)

REFERENCE NUMBER CTM 15481

  1. Magnox invites you to tender for the provision of the above goods and services in accordance with the enclosed documents and the requirements outlined below.
  2. The time and date of the return of tenders is expected to be 1 November 2022 @ 12pm
  3. The invitation to tender incorporates the following documents:
  • This covering letter with instructions
  • Invitation to Tender incorporating: 
    • Appendix 1 - Tender requirements summary
    • Appendix 2 - Selection Criteria Guidance
    • Appendix 3 - Award Criteria Guidance
    • Appendix 4 - Form of Agreement, Contract Data Part 1 and 2
    • Appendix 5 - Scope
    • Appendix 6 - Terms and Conditions including flowdowns
    • Appendix 7 - Tenderer's Declaration
    • Appendix 8 - Commercial Schedules
    • Appendix 9 - Key Performance Indicators

     4.  The tenderer is to submit prices as a separate document for commercial assessment. No prices are to be included within any other document of the                tender.

     5.  This ITT is issued on the basis that all matters referred to in it are strictly confidential. No matter relating to this document or its contents or the                        proposed project/contract shall be disclosed to any person, company or other legal entity without prior written authority. The information in this ITT                may be made available as strictly necessary in relation to compilation of the tender, including obtaining insurance premium quotations and                              professional advice in connection with the tender. The information may not be used for any other purpose.

     6.  This tender is to be managed online using the Complete Tender Management system (CTM). Please acknowledge receipt of this Invitation to Tender                and confirm your intention to submit a Tender by accepting the Invitation to Tender in CTM no later than one week following receipt of this tender. 

     7.  When submitting the Tender, complete all of the components within CTM.  This must be completed by the End Time Quotation (ETQ). Please ensure                that you allow sufficient time to complete and attach all the relevant information requested including completed returnable attachments which will                  form part of the contract document.

     8.  In the event that you have any tender queries, please submit via CTM.

     9.  Failure to return your tender in the prescribed manner via CTM may lead to it being declared invalid. Magnox Limited offers no guarantee that any                  tender will be accepted.
