Short description
To maintain service provision and to capitalise on opportunities to enhance LLWR’s service offerings to Customers, LLWR intends to procure a new framework agreement for the provision VLLW Disposal Services. LLWR will procure the framework on behalf of our Customers, thus removing the need to run similar competitions at other Site Licensed Companies (SLC).

Description of the procurement
The Authority wishes to establish a contract utilising
a Framework agreement for the provision of these
Requirements. The Authority is managing this
procurement process in accordance with the Open
Procedure of the PCR. Following evaluation of the
compliant Tenders and approval of the outcome, the
Authority intends to appoint an appropriate number
of successful Providers to enter into the Framework
as detailed in the Contract Notice.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
