LLWR will procure the framework on behalf of our Customers, thus removing the need to run similar competitions at other Site Licensed Companies (SLC).

Description of the procurement

The Authority wishes to establish a contract utilising
a Framework agreement for the provision of these
Requirements. The Authority is managing this
procurement process in accordance with the Open
Procedure of the PCR. Following evaluation of the
compliant Tenders and approval of the outcome, the
Authority intends to appoint an appropriate number
of successful Providers to enter into the Framework
as detailed in the Contract Notice.

The expiry of the existing framework of these services is imminent.
The services are core to the function of LLWR Ltd, however the issue of the ITT was delayed due to discussions regarding the potential future assimilation of various Waste Management contracts together.
The procurement is no longer significantly accelerated, however this marking matches the PIN Notice already issued.
